Outdoor enthusiasts can explore nearby hiking trails and the scenic Santa Monica Mountains, including Caballero Canyon and Topanga State Park. Guests can enjoy the comfort of a peaceful residential community while remaining close to dining, entertainment, shopping, and many of the Valley’s most popular destinations. Welcome to your ultimate family retreat! This newly renovated home is crafted to deliver a luxurious experience, showcasing elegant furniture, a heated saltwater pool and spa, and a Tulum-inspired zone adjacent to the main bedroom. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open space that highlights a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This culinary delight features top-of-the-line appliances, including a 36-inch Monogram fridge, a 48-inch Fronto range oven with eight burners, a Kitchen Smith coffee machine, an island, and ample cabinets and counter space. The living room complements this experience with a smart 86-inch TV, a stylish sofa, and a glass door that opens entirely, seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors. The primary bedroom serves as a true sanctuary, complete with a king-size bed, a chic entertainment area featuring a 75-inch smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Another folding door leads to a cozy patio with comfortable seating, perfect for savoring a glass of wine with your loved one. The additional two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, along with a queen-size air mattress for accommodating two extra guests. Step outside to explore the outdoor patio, an ideal venue for entertaining. It includes a new seating area, a dining table, a TV, and sun loungers for relaxation. Families with young children will appreciate the delightful patio playground designed for little ones. You'll also find a stunning saltwater and chlorine pool and spa, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Moreover, the garage has been transformed into a game room, featuring basketball, a poker table, ice hockey, and foosball, ensuring hours of fun for everyone. For your convenience, there’s also a Tesla charger (plug and cable) available for charging your electric car. Enjoy comfort, elegance, and relaxation in this beautiful getaway!

Other Details to Note

Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises. In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please contact us with your specific event details; we will gladly discuss the possibilities. Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together. Please note that there are additional costs associated with heating the spa and pool. Heating the spa is available for $100 every 4 hours, allowing you to enjoy a warm and relaxing experience throughout your stay. If you wish to heat the pool, the cost is $150 for every 2 hours, providing you with the perfect opportunity to take a refreshing dip at your convenience. These amenities can enhance your relaxation and enjoyment during your visit, so be sure to consider them when planning your activities! If you wish to heat the pool or spa, please notify us at least 5 hours in advance. Requests made after 8 PM cannot guarantee an immediate response. Kindly ensure that the use of the pool and spa occurs during regular hours and not during quiet hours. We will charge $1,500 upfront before beginning to heat the pool. This fee covers up to 10 hours of heating. If heating the pool takes longer than 10 hours, an additional charge will apply. If it takes less than 10 hours, we will refund you the difference. Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy: Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.

A car is recommended for getting around Los Angeles. The home is conveniently located near Ventura Boulevard and the 101 Freeway, providing easy access to Encino, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, and other parts of the San Fernando Valley. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and shopping are just a short drive away. Public transportation is available nearby, but travel times may be longer depending on your destination.
