Other Details to Note
House Rules: We kindly request your cooperation with the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM. We appreciate your help in turning off outdoor lights when you go to sleep. Trash cans are located In the back alley. Please take them out on Tuesdays evenings and return them after Wednesday's pickup. Cleaning service is available for a fee; please feel free to contact the manager. We ask that there be no smoking inside the unit. You can use the shared outdoor space for smoking. All utility costs are covered by the owner. However, guests will be billed for any outstanding charges resulting from excessive or abnormal usage. We greatly appreciate your consideration towards our neighbors. The parking garage is located in the back alley. The remote is in the kitchen drawer. Please note that if the remote is lost, there will be a $100 replacement fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
