Other Details to Note

Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises. In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please contact us with your specific event details; we will gladly discuss the possibilities. Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together. Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy: Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
